Creating and Managing Workspaces

Workspaces are organizational units in Linktivity which allow team members to work together. Linktivity subscribers can be part of multiple workspaces, depending on what is convenient for their organization. In the top right corner of most Linktivity pages you will find Workspace Selector dropdown which will allow you to move between Workspaces.

To Create and Manage Workspaces, please click the Workspace selector dropdown. Below the listing of existing workspaces, click Manage Workspaces hyperlink.

Manage Workspaces page has a few roles:

  • creating new workspaces
  • accessing workspace settings by workspace administrators
  • allowing workspace members to leave a workspace
