Welcome to Link2Events, an online event sign-up form linked to your Act! database. Event registrations are inserted as Activity linked to a Contact, that matches their contact details or created automatically if one does not exist.

Event List View

From the Link2Events main menu you can find a list of all events you have created in Link2Events, displaying the name of event, event date and time, as the column headers indicate.

Action Options

On the left of each event entry you will see a set of clickable icons to perform actions to the corresponding event.

  • View the event sign-up page in a new browser tab.
  • Copies the event link to the clipboard, which allows you to paste it elsewhere to share the link.
  • Allows you to edit your Event. We don't recommend editing event after receiving registrations.

Duplicate Event
Allows you to create a new event using the same details as the one in question, but a new Event name and URL will be created. This is useful for cases of recurring events like regular Lunch-n-Learns where the event details are similar, and it would take less time to edit a similar event than create a new one.

Delete Event
Allows you to delete the event. Please note that this action is irreversible.
