Opportunity

In Team Edition, if customer submissions are expected to generate opportunities for your sales team, the Opportunity tab allows you to create Opportunities in your Act! database.

In addition to assigning a general name to all opportunities created from the form submission, you can leverage multiple placeholders to create identifiable opportunity names. These placeholder are:

• [FORMNAME]
• [SUBMISSIONDATE]
• [CONTACT:CONTACT]
• [CONTACT:EMAIL]
• [CONTACT:COMPANY]
