Online Documents
Link2Quotes Team Edition provides you an online storage for serving supplementary documents to be attached into your quotes. This feature allows you to upload common office document formats as described below, with a maximum size of 4 MB per file. If you need to upload larger files or files not in the supported list, we recommend using an 3rd party online file hosting solution and insert them as links within your quotes.
The disk quota is provided per account and shared with your image storage.
Managing Documents
To access your document storage, go to Link2Quotes → Documents menu. Please note that this feature is available on Team Edition only.
To upload a file, press [Upload Files] and select a file to upload from your computer. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop files from your computer directly to this web page.
Selecting a file will bring up a context menu where you could choose to open, download, or delete the file.
To use the file, you could insert it as an attachment line item within a quote or as an attachment file when sending in email. Direct linking is not supported.
Note: Files uploaded to this document storage are accessible to anyone with file links generated in the quote. If you need to upload or send confidential documents to your customers with high privacy control, please consider uploading or sending them via other means.
