Group Calendar (Team Edition)
Link2Calendar Team Edition provides you with an ability to create group calendars. A group calendar combines your team members' availability into a single calendar page which is useful when you have a team in the same department, for example, a technical support team, as this will provide customers more available slots to choose from.
To create a new group calendar, go to Link2Calendar → Group Calendars and click [New] button. You must be an administrator to perform this action. More information regarding creating and editing group calendar is discussed in Editing Group Calendar.
On the Group Calendars page, you could find a list of calendars you have created, as well as a list of personal calendars of your team members.
Action Options
On the left of each calendar name you will see a set of clickable icons to perform actions to the corresponding calendar.
- View Calendar
- Copy URL
- Edit Calendar, must be an administrator to access this feature
Delete Calendar
Permanently delete a group calendar. You must be an administrator to perform this action.
Group Calendar Columns
Enabled
Indicates whether the calendar is enabled and booking is allowed.
Calendar / Activity
Calendar name, or activity name when calendar is expanded.
Fee
Indicates appointment fee for the activity, if applicable.
Duration
Range of meeting duration that visitors can book through this calendar / activity.
Reps
Number of representatives assigned to the calendar / activity.
Joined
Indicates the number of activities you joined as a representative in the calendar.
When a calendar is expanded, you could use the toggle to join or remove yourself from an activity.
Personal Calendar Columns
The personal calendar table contains a list of all representatives who have their personal calendar enabled.
Personal Calendar
Name of representative.
Duration
Range of meeting duration that visitors can book through the calendar.
