Portal Pages and Modules

The Pages page lists all your pages and modules which your customers can access from the portal website's main menu.

There are 4 different types of modules which you can create by clicking the New button:

  • Data Table - Retrieve and display data from your Act! table. Only records associated with the currently logged in contact are displayed, and you could further filter out to only include those which match certain criteria.
  • Static Page - Allows you to write and publish an static text content, for example, store hours, warranty information, etc.
  • Linktivity Integration - Create a link to another Linktivity page, such as calendar, event, form, etc.
  • External Link - Create a link to an external web page.

Your portal website's address is displayed on top of this page. Next to the URL you can copy the address by clicking [Copy URL] or view it on a new tab by clicking [Preview] button.

Table Columns

Enabled
Whether the page is enabled. If not enabled this page is unpublished and hidden from the main menu.

Title
Page title.

Type
Page module type.

Sort
Determines the sort position of this item in the main menu. Lowest number appears on top of the menu.
