Form Reporting

From the Form List View, you could click the [View Report] icon to view a summary of submissions, as well as a list of all submissions specific to a particular form.

The form reporting page consists of two sub-menus:

• Summary
• Submissions

Summary

In the summary menu, you could find an aggregate summary of all answers submitted by participants. This reporting is useful when conducting a survey where you'd want to check the frequency of each answer. Only multiple-choice type of questions are presented in this page.

Submissions

This page lists all submissions and answers for each question in a grid view.
