Setup Guide

Welcome to Link2Surveys! This setup guide will guide you through the minimal steps necessary in order to configure the product and create your first online form. You can also access this setup guide anytime from Link2Surveys Help menu.

Preliminary Setup: Act! Web API Settings

Before we start, please make sure that you have already configured Act! Web API connection settings. It can be found under Act! Web API Settings main menu.

Preliminary Setup: General Account Settings

Additionally, please review your workspace and profile settings in General Settings menu and make sure that you have filled in your contact information (Display Name, Email).

Create and Share Surveys

That's it! You can now create a new survey, fill in the details and write your questionnaire. A sample set of questions are provided whenever you create a survey to get you started.

Once done, you could Preview the survey to see how it looks like. Then, copy Your Survey URL to share it with others.

Participants can use the URL to fill in your surveys, and watch your Act! database is filled with contact data and submitted questionnaire answers instantly!
