Link2Surveys

Welcome to Link2Surveys, an online multi-page form with programmable flow that submits directly to your Act! database via the Web API. Survey submissions are inserted as History linked to a Contact that matches their contact details. And in case a contact does not exist, it automatically creates a new Contact along with the submission data.
