(Gantt Chart)

Schedule, also known as Gantt Chart, lets you follow your project through time, and allows you to visualize milestones and dependencies between the tasks.

In Schedule, the timing of tasks can be adjusted by dragging the borders of tasks. You can also double-click each task to open up the Task Editor and make adjustments there. You will only be able to open Task Editor is you are the Project Planner. You will be able to adjust the timing of tasks if you are the Project Planner or if the task was assigned to you. Other Participants accessing the project (because they are responsible for other tasks or simply monitor progress) will not be able to adjust timing.

Timing of Phases dynamically adjusts to the timing of tasks nested under a phase. When one of the tasks is adjusted outside of Phase boundaries, the Phase will be adjusted as well.

Click and drag white circle at the end of a task to the white circle in the beginning of another task to create a dependency. Dependency can also be set by selecting Required Task in the Task Editor Unlike regular tasks, Tasks marked as Milestones in the Task Editor are displayed as diamonds.

Tips and Tricks for Schedule

• Alt+Mouse Wheel to scroll left & right
• Right+click on any task to delete it
• Right+click on any predecessor line to delete it
