Phases and Tasks

To keep you project logically structured, Link2Projects lets you divide work into phases, tasks, and subtasks. Phases are larger parts of a project. Most projects will have at least three phases, but come complex projects will have more. Tasks nest within a phase and can be further subdivided into subtasks. All of these elements, whether high level or granular, can be viewed and edited in different tools:

• Phase Editor / Task Editor
• Schedule / Gantt Chart
