Act! Queue

Act! Queue is a tab in the Team Edition. It is one of the tools which allow customers to actively participate in projects. When external contacts from your Act! database (working from a share link ) clear tasks or comment on them, this information can be submitted to Act! by the project planner (if the project is set up to sync these records to Act!). The project planner is able to review and commit to Act! the following changes made by external contacts from the Act! database using their project share links:

• Notifications about Act! Contacts clearing/completing tasks assigned to them.
• Comments made by Act! Contacts about project tasks.
